Receptor is a performing arts collective based in Malmö, Sweden. We curate participant-driven and site-specific experiences at the intersection of technology, visual arts, artistic research and theater. 

Your journey through the artwork is the core of every Receptor performance, your body as a receptor for art experiences. The places and situations we explore together is the joint framework and outcome of that performance.   

Receptor consists of visual artist Amanda Monceau, light and space designer Ilkka Häikiö and play writer Tikken Tage. And you. You are Receptor.

Receptor är ett scenkonstkollektiv baserat i Malmö. Vi kurerar deltagarbaserade och platsspecifika upplevelser i skärningspunkten mellan  teknologi, konst, konstnärlig forskning och teater.

Din resa genom verket är kärnan i varje Receptor-upplevelse, din kropp som en receptor för konstupplevelser. De platser och situationer vi utforskar tillsammans utgör ramverket och resultatet för varje upplevelse.
