Kokong is an immersive and participant-driven performing arts experience, where participants are wrapped, bound and gently suspended in responsive smart textiles. Through this act of being wrapped, participants engage with the tactile and communicative properties of the textiles, experiencing a unique physical dialogue between fabric and body, while becoming part of a sculptural creation. 

Kokong's overarching themes are about search, trust and cohesion: the trust between the organic body and the technological textile, between participant and performer, between bodily sensation and mental perception. Rather than exploring dichotomies or oppositions, Kokong focuses on the fragile moment where trust is established and cohesion emerges - both physically and emotionally.

Kokong är en allomslutande och deltagarbaserad upplevelse, där deltagarna lindas in och binds i smarta textilier, och hissas upp till punkten där fotfästet precis förloras. Genom lindningen upplever deltagarna textiliernas effekter och kommunikation med den egna kroppen, samtidigt som de blir en del av en skulptural skapelse.

Kokongs övergripande teman handlar om sökande, förtroende och sammanhållning: förtroendet mellan den organiska kroppen och den tekniska textilen, mellan deltagare och scenkonstnär, mellan kroppens reception och hjärnans perception. I stället för att skapa och undersöka motpoler, undersöker och bygger Kokong stunden då förtroende finns och sammanhållning kan uppstå.
